LiYA IW8 8″ In-Wall Speaker (Per Unit) – Kevlar Woofer with Titanium Dome Tweeter

The LiYA IW8 is a high-performance passive in-wall speaker designed for premium home cinema, Hi-Fi and architectural audio installations. Its large 8-inch Kevlar cone woofer provides greater cone area and bass capability than smaller architectural speakers while retaining a clean, flush-mounted appearance.

The two-way driver configuration combines an 8-inch Kevlar cone woofer with a 1-inch titanium-dome tweeter. The rigid and lightweight Kevlar diaphragm is designed to deliver controlled bass and detailed midrange reproduction, while the titanium tweeter provides clear and articulate high-frequency performance.

LiYA specifies a frequency response of 52Hz to 20kHz, sensitivity of 90dB at 1W/1m and nominal impedance of 8 ohms. The current manufacturer specification describes the speaker’s RMS power range as 30 to 120 watts.

The IW8 requires a 330 × 225mm wall cut-out and LiYA specifies a 90mm mounting depth. A secure clamp mounting system grips the wall structure firmly for a stable flush-mounted installation.

A low-profile, paintable magnetic grille is included. Its bezel-free architectural design allows the speaker to blend discreetly into the surrounding wall while maintaining strong output for music and home theatre applications.

The larger 8-inch driver makes the IW8 particularly suitable for front-channel, surround and high-output multi-room installations where stronger bass and greater acoustic output are required without using conventional freestanding speakers.
