M&K Sound M70 Black On-Wall Speaker

The M&K Sound M70 is a compact, high-performance on-wall loudspeaker designed for customers who want detailed and dynamic home theatre sound without the visual bulk of conventional loudspeakers. Its ultra-slim, low-profile cabinet is specifically designed for direct wall mounting, making it an excellent choice for modern living rooms, media rooms and custom home theatre installations.

The M70 features two 4-inch coated glass-fiber bass/midrange drivers combined with a 1-inch coated silk dome tweeter. This driver combination delivers a balanced presentation with clear vocals, detailed midrange and smooth high-frequency reproduction.

The high-frequency section uses a coated silk dome tweeter with a neodymium magnet. Its compact motor structure and smooth dome design help provide detailed treble reproduction while maintaining the natural and controlled character associated with M&K Sound loudspeakers.

The M70 incorporates M&K Sound’s proprietary Phase-Focused crossover technology. The crossover is specifically optimised for wall-mounted installation, helping the drivers integrate smoothly in both the frequency and time domains for coherent and focused sound.

The M70 provides a frequency response of approximately 80 Hz–20 kHz ±2 dB, with a crossover frequency of approximately 1.8 kHz. Its 4-ohm impedance and 89 dB sensitivity allow it to produce strong output when paired with a suitable AV receiver or power amplifier.

The speaker offers 125 watts of long-term power handling and is recommended for use with amplifiers rated between 25 and 200 watts. This makes it suitable for both music playback and demanding home theatre applications.

The M70 uses a sealed enclosure, helping provide controlled and predictable performance. The rigid cabinet and carefully selected damping materials are designed to reduce unwanted cabinet vibration and contribute to the speaker’s clean sonic presentation.

Designed specifically for direct on-wall installation, the M70 incorporates integrated rear mounting brackets and damping pads. Mounting accessories are included, allowing the speaker to be installed securely while helping minimise unwanted vibration between the cabinet and wall.

With dimensions of approximately 46 × 13 × 8.8 cm, the M70 has an exceptionally slim profile for a high-performance loudspeaker. Its compact design makes it particularly suitable for installation beside or below a flat-screen television or projection screen.
