M&K Sound M90 Black On-Wall Speaker

The M&K Sound M90 is a premium ultra-slim on-wall loudspeaker designed to deliver high-performance home theatre sound while maintaining a clean and discreet appearance. Positioned as a step-up model from the M50 and M70, the M90 combines additional bass drivers, increased sensitivity and improved bass response in a décor-friendly cabinet designed to complement modern flat-screen displays.

The M90 features four 4-inch coated glass-fiber woofers and a 1-inch coated silk dome neodymium tweeter. The four woofers are arranged in separate anti-resonant acoustic chambers, with the centre pair operating as midrange drivers and the outer pair handling bass frequencies.

This specialised driver arrangement helps minimise cabinet resonances and distortion while providing greater output and improved bass performance compared with smaller M Series models. The result is a dynamic and detailed presentation suitable for both demanding movie soundtracks and music playback.

High-frequency reproduction is handled by the 1-inch coated silk dome tweeter with a neodymium magnet. The tweeter is integrated with M&K Sound’s Phase-Focused crossover technology, which is optimised specifically for wall-mounted applications.

The M90 provides a frequency response of approximately 70 Hz–20 kHz, with an average in-room response of approximately ±2 dB. Its 4-ohm nominal impedance and 89 dB sensitivity allow it to deliver substantial output when paired with an appropriate AV receiver or power amplifier.

The speaker is rated for 150 watts long-term power handling, with a recommended amplifier power range of 25–200 watts. This makes the M90 suitable for powerful home theatre applications where high dynamic output and clean reproduction are important.

The M90 is also phase aligned for centre-channel operation, providing symmetrical vertical and horizontal coverage. This makes it particularly suitable for use as a centre speaker beneath or above a large-format television or projection screen.

Its ultra-slim cabinet measures approximately 80 × 13 × 8.5 cm including the grille. The long-profile design has been developed to visually complement modern large-format flat-screen TVs, while its shallow depth helps minimise intrusion into the room.

The Black Satin finish provides a sophisticated appearance that integrates easily into contemporary interiors. The supplied wall-mount accessories allow the speaker to be securely installed directly on the wall.
