Bowers & Wilkins Panorama 3 – Dolby Atmos Cinema Sound Soundbar

The Bowers & Wilkins Panorama 3 is a premium wireless Dolby Atmos soundbar designed to deliver an immersive home theatre experience from a single elegant component. Its discrete 3.1.2-channel architecture combines dedicated left, centre and right channels with upward-firing Atmos drivers to create a more expansive and immersive soundstage.

Panorama 3 uses a sophisticated multi-driver array comprising three 19 mm titanium-dome tweeters, six 50 mm woven glass-fibre cone bass/midrange drivers, two dedicated 50 mm Atmos drive units and two 100 mm low-profile bass units. The integrated driver arrangement is designed to deliver clear dialogue, detailed high frequencies, spacious surround effects and powerful low-frequency reproduction without requiring a separate subwoofer.

With 400 W of total amplifier power and a specified frequency response of 43 Hz–48 kHz, Panorama 3 is engineered for both movie soundtracks and music playback. Its Dolby Atmos 3.1.2 processing uses the dedicated Atmos drive units to reproduce height information from compatible content.

For TV and home theatre connectivity, Panorama 3 features HDMI eARC and optical digital input, while an Ethernet connection provides wired network connectivity. Wireless features include Bluetooth 5 with aptX Adaptive, AAC and SBC, as well as Apple AirPlay 2 and Spotify Connect.

The slim 65 mm-high enclosure is designed to sit beneath a television without dominating the installation. A wall bracket is included, providing additional installation flexibility for compatible wall-mounted TV setups.

Note: Bowers & Wilkins specifies Panorama 3 as an internally amplified wireless soundbar with 400 W amplifier output. Conventional passive-speaker specifications such as nominal impedance, sensitivity, RMS/continuous power handling and recommended external amplifier power are therefore not applicable and are not specified by the manufacturer.
