LiYA Maestro 7S Two-Way Bookshelf / Surround Speakers (Pair) – 5″ Mid-Low Driver with Premium Metal-Dome Tweeter

The LiYA Maestro 7S is a compact high-performance two-way loudspeaker designed for premium stereo, surround-sound and architectural home cinema applications. Its sealed enclosure and compact footprint make it suitable for bookshelf, stand-mounted, near-wall and surround-channel installations where controlled bass and accurate sound reproduction are required.

The Maestro 7S combines a 5-inch dedicated mid-low frequency driver with a 1-inch premium metal-dome tweeter. The mid-low driver handles bass, vocals and midrange information, while the metal-dome tweeter provides detailed and extended high-frequency reproduction.

LiYA specifies a frequency response of 58Hz to 20kHz and a sensitivity of 89dB at 2.83V/1m. Distortion is rated below 0.6% from 110Hz to 20kHz at the stated measurement level, supporting clean reproduction of music, dialogue and movie effects.

The current LiYA technical specification sheet lists a nominal impedance of 6 ohms and power handling from 20 to 100 watts. LiYA’s live webpage currently shows 8 ohms, creating a manufacturer-side inconsistency. For system matching, the amplifier should therefore be capable of comfortably supporting a 6-ohm loudspeaker load.

The sealed-box enclosure eliminates the need for a bass-reflex port, helping provide controlled low-frequency behaviour and greater flexibility when placing the speaker close to walls or inside suitable shelving.

Each Maestro 7S measures approximately 176 × 151 × 270mm and weighs 4kg. Available finishes include Glossy Black, Matt Black and Walnut according to LiYA’s current technical sheet.

The Maestro 7S can be used as a compact stereo speaker pair, surround speaker pair or as part of a complete Maestro 7 home theatre system alongside the Maestro 7 floorstanding speakers and Maestro 7C centre channel.
